Ot: just a lil excited

Ok...nothing to do with weight loss, but I checked my email in the middle of the night (ya know me and my no sleeping)and a woman emailed me actually looking for me since she couldn't get a hold of me by phone.  This is for a state job that I really, really, really want.  It is right up my alley of what I have done in the past.  She must of been awake also, because she responded back to me immediately.  I have a telephone interview with her today, before she selects the people she wants to interview in person.  It made me feel good knowing that she emailed me since she couldn't get a hold of me.  Maybe theres a chance with this one since I've been in this position, and actually a lot higher in this department.  But it will get my feet in the door so I'm excited.

Pleaseeee say a prayer, cross your fingers, do whatever you do to make things happen.lol  I reallllly want this position.

Hey as i was told if its meant to be it will happen!! The best of luck to you and I know that everything will work out the way that its suppose to. But goodluck during your phone interview you will do great!! I will be thinking about you and let us know when you find out something.

Well the telephone interview is over.  They picked their top six to do telephone interviews with.  Then they will narrow it down to the top three to have one on one interviews with them next week. So at the moment it's a 50/50 chance.  We will soon see! :)  

I don't know you at all, but it's a great sign that you were hunted down in the first place.

I absolutely wish you the very, very best. There is something about landing a "dream job" that boosts your spirits and gives you a real sense of self worth and a new start.

Congrats on drawing their attention. That's a winning situation right there, no matter what.
