The book is "Crack the Fat-Loss Code" by Wendy Chant.  The website I was referring to is www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/ .  If you go there, then under Weight Loss Plans click on "Other Plans" and you'll find the Wendy Chant thread.

You can also Google the book title and it will lead you to more info.
