Exercise:  None

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana

S:  1oz. rf cabot cheese

L:  Lunch w/my boss at the Indian Buffet - ate WAY too much but not so much that I was miserable - rice, chicken tikka masala, cauliflower and potatoes, naan bread, spinach

S:  cutie tangerine

D:  4 pitettes; 4 squares of swiss cheese

Will walk the budz at the park when it gets cooler.

      1 Tbsp RS ketchup
      1 serving hot oat bran with cinnamon, splenda, 1 Tbsp SF jelly
S:  2 WW string cheese
L:  3 oz. 99% FF turkey breast
      1 slice RF swiss
      1 small tomato, sliced
      small salad with tomatoes and cucumbers, EVOO&vinegar dressing
S:  Slim Fast LC shake
D:  (out to eat again tonight)
      5oz. filet mignon....yummy with garlic mushrooms
      side salad with cucumber, lettuce, tomato (O&V dressing)
      2 cups steamed green beans
S:  1/2 c 1% cottage cheese with 1 Tbsp SF jelly

Carb Down Day....one starch allowed before 3PM

SO had apple bread pudding for dessert with whipped cream and it looked soooooo good!

Hey ya'll, I'll be brave and post what I ate today.  I'm starting a low-carb diet, will follow by reducing my mt dew/soda comsumption which I usually drink with all meals.

Exercise:  None

B:  Scrambled eggs, 8oz grilled chicken, 8oz mt dew

L:  K&W 4 chicken livers, ranch potatoes, 1/2 cream pie no crus****er w/ lemon (2 cups)

D:  Ruby Tuesdays Grilled chicken w/ parm sauce, artichokes,  & mushrooms, steamed broccoli, creamed calliflower (ate 1/2, took 1/2 home), 2 tall glasses Mt Dew

No judgment about what you eat/post. We just post to keep ourselves accountable.  Posting really helps keep me on track.

Amen, Kimmie. I will say that once in a while, a body may make a comment, the goal being to help you out, example:  eat more protein, fat, veggies - the usual thing that women especially tend to leave out.

We all know we will eat whatever we damn well please, right??? LOL...but try to take any commenting as if it were in a helpful spirit.

Agree!  I'm happy to take feedback on what I eat.  Mary comments on my crackers..LOL.  Not sure if she thinks I shouldn't eat crackers or if I should be eating more.
My meals have been weird since my surgery on rosebud although I've lost 10 pounds since then.  Hopefully I'll get back to my normal routine soon after my final surgery on  Sept. 4.

What I meant about the crackers is that you have the will power to ONLY eat four.  I ain't never ate just four crackers in my whole life!

But I'm dealing with insulin resistance and four crackers for me leads to cravings for more carbs, and four more crackers!

You know youse my hero!

Eh, I'm taking a few days off....NO veggies!!  Ok..maybe a mushroom or two :)  I really ate a lot of cheese today.

B:  egg susb, with cheese and pita bread

L:  oatmeal

S:  string cheese

D:  egg omelet with cheese, mushrooms, and Canadian bacon, and hash browns.

B: 1pc wg peanut butter toast
L: 1/2 slice peanut butter bread, 1c watermelon, 1c salad w/ cheese and bacon bits no dressing, 1c sr crm and onion chips, 1/2 chicken salad sandwich (small white bun, about 3tbsp chicken salad), 6 club crackers, slice tomato
S: snack bag salt & vinegar chips
D: cheeseburger and sma tater tots, med peach tea (Sonic), 2 bites fried ice cream blast (2tsp)
S: 1/2c refried beans w/ lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream and cheese, 1 peach
S: 4 bites tomato

Exercise: none

I had a salt craving today explaining the chips....ugh!

I SUCKED today!   I woke up starving (I guess that'll happen when you wake up at 2:30am and never get back to sleep)  and was on the RUN all day long.  So 2 of my meals were eaten in resteraunts.

What I'm most ticked about is that I picked what I THOUGHT would be the best choice for where we were.... I looked up the NC on it when I got home and it said 1200 FREAKING CALORIES!!!  THANK GOD I ordered it with NO Caesar dressing (as I suspect that is where a ton of the calories came from, because when I ran the individual ingredients, it wasn't *as* bad.

My knees are KILLLLLLING me today... REALLY killing me.   I did WAY too much walking today (I think we did 7 of the HUGE box stores).  I always wonder why walking on the incline treadmill doesn't hurt nearly as bad as walking on the ground :(

At any rate... it aint pretty... it's over 2k calories today... but it could have been worse!

B: (at 4am LOL)  2 cups cheerios, 1 cup 1%
     1 more cup 1% for my latte

Breakfast at 10am! - 2 slices wheat toast and tuna salad made with 1 tsp light mayo (it really needed more!)

Lunch:  Cesear chicken wrap, no dressing & 7 steak fries

Dinner:  1 flour tortilla, chicken fajihtas, 1/4 cup refried beans., 10 tortilla chips & salsa

total calories 2089, carbs 207, fat 51, protein 141

My exercise consisted of walking through stores all day.
