Just remember that today is a new day and let go of yesterday.  It's hard to stay on track while eating out but good job on foregoing the caesar dressing - that was probably the majority of the calories...that stuff is EVIL!

I never think of posting the exercise part!

Did a 45 minute gym thing with eliptical and weights as usual (2-3 times a week)

B: IsaLean shake, vanilla with extra protein and IsaFruits

S: 100 calorie bag of organic oatmeal cookies

L: one chicken taco (too delicious for words, the real thing NOT Taco Bell)

D: Convection cooked chicken breast in half a whole wheat pita with fresh spinach and a little organic ranch dressing, steamed sweet potato with coconut oil and sea sal****ermelon and blueberries for dessert

All day, as usual LOTS AND LOTS of water

Just before bed - glass of red wine. Couldn't fini**** (cleansed too recently!) so it was fed to the sink.

Ha ha, the automatic editing feature blocked out sea salt, and the first part of watermelon, and the last part of finish and the word "it". Funny. Gotta love it.
