The crappy part of PS is that when you go in initially, you just think, gosh if I could look better...and then when you look better....you start thinking, gosh if I could just look even better...or perfect. It's a NEVER ending VICIOUS, EVIL cycle;-)!
OK, I'll be brave (or crazy or gross) and post my before butt pics and recent butt pics on my profile. I do admit the butt is MUCH better but it's still asymmetrical.

did you not see that recent (yesterday in our papers) AP article that said 50% of obese people have no comorbidities? and 50% of lean people have comorbidities?
THAT is exactly what I have been saying all along...looks are deceiving!
My waist is a svelte 37.5...after losing 40 effin pounds, I lost drumroll please......1 inch. B.F.D., right????
It was at 39.5 inches when i started this loss. I'm thinking it would be another 50# to get to 35 inches facry-eye..
They can suck it far as I'm concerned.

You didn't miss anything. I thought I lost my post so I retyped a shortened version and then the original one magically appeared so I deleted the shortened one.
Looks ARE deceiving. My mother has never been overweight in her life but that doesn't mean she's necessarily healthy. I was healthier at 300 pounds than she is at 115 pounds.
BTW, Mary saw a pic of my butt and she agrees it is asymmetrical. I wonder why she always thinks I'm full of crap?

You must be an apple shape like I am. I'm talking I was a super apple like the Fruit of the Loom guys apple! 
Kim just rewrote what she lost. It really got interesting when she sent me the butt shots. As much as I hated it, I had to agree with her. Now you and I know that that girl ain't gonna stop until she makes her doc get it SYMMETRICAL! I better start thinking ahead now about what to put on the next card!
