B: 1/2 a tortilla pizza (1 carbs)
S: Coffee w/Half & half (3 carbs)
S: 2 hard boiled eggs
L: HUGE salad w/eggs/bacon/avocado (5 carbs)
    Dressing (2 carbs)
S: Cheese sticks (1 carb)
D: No idea yet.  I'll edit this later.
S: Whip cream (3 carbs)

This morning I made an omlet with 3 whole eggs and 2 egg whites, 1.5 serving of Oscar Meyer shaved ham and about 1/2 c. of shredded cheddar.

I ate probably less than a third of that.. Jon ate some of the rest.. the rest we ditched.  OOOPS guess that was too much.

So around 7:00am I was cooking Jon's lunch (1 diced tomato, about 1.5 c broccoli and fajita style chicken strips in butter and olive oil with oregano, garlic, basil.)  I nipped a piece of broccoli out of that.

No lunch yet.. it's almost 3.. maybe I'll go grab a handful of turkey.

dinner is going to be some sort of veggie with hamburger.  I'm just gonna fry up 3 hamburger patties (2 for Jon and 1 for me) and make.. I dunno.. he had broccoli for lunch so maybe a mix of yellow squash and zucchini with a tomato (dayem I gotta eat around them tomatoes)

Exercise:  2 hours of cardio and 1 hour of weights.. got a lot done with the weights.. 2 bi's, 3 shoulders and 3 tri's.  Did 3 sets of each at between 12 - 15 reps each.  Dayem.. that was so hard that I had to ask Andrew if he was ANGRY with me!  LOL

Um.. also painting so I'm up and down and up and down on the ladder.  I'm deliberately leaving the paint on the floor so I have to keep climbing to get it..

Ok.. back to painting for me and Simon and Garfunkel

S:  soy latte = 5 points

L:  pb with apple slices, protien drink =  6.5

S:  string cheese = 2

D:  steak, salad with spritzer, potato with rf sour cream  =  11

  OOOOH and I just got a call from a nearby college for an interview tomorrow....PRAY PRAY PRAY and CROSS FINGERS!!!!!

B: handful almonds, 1 breakfast cookie, 10 grapes
S: 10 almonds
L: 3pcs sweet and sour chicken, 3 bites fried rice, 2 granola bars, nectarine, 5 almonds
S: apple, 15 grapes,1/2c almonds
D: 1 yogurt

Exercise: 3/4 miles walking at work

I'm SO sick of the food I have in my house.  I can't wait to get out of the house tomorrow.  I'm going to my post-op appt, the grocery store and Starbucks.

M1:  3 fresh strawberries; 1/2 bottle Isopure protein drink
M2:  1 cup of potato leek soup w/3 oz. diced baked chicken.  EEWWWW!!!
M3:  banana popsicle thingie covered in dark chocolate
M4:  2 pieces of pepper herb bread, toasted; 1 cup of yellow squash; 1/2 cup of spaghetti with meat sauce

Walked the budz around the neighborhood...hotter than hell outside...totally boring day!

Not induction, but I feel good about it:

got up way too late to wog, but all day I parked 1/2 block away fro all my sites. After work, walked to park with littlest GS and played kickball.

1 iso shake (thanks, Ruth...no hunger either!)

1 iso cookie

late L:  1 tomato soup hi pro + laughing cow cheese + green olives

S: 1 med apple

Supper: 1 bockwurst + 1 c pasta with fresh basil + parm cheese + large salad with small amount of bleu cheese dressing

I made it to the gym early Tuesday morning! YAY!!! (Had hit an "I don't want to get up this early" blah stage - busted!!!)
And, you're welcome, Neecee! Hope you had more energy to do great things yesterday!!!

S: Grapes (Love me some my grapes!)

D: Turkey burger and large bowl of all kinds of chopped, fresh vegetables topped with organic basalmic vinegar dressing, tiny bowl of cheese style plain yogurt with a bit of Xylitol (?) and vanilla

S; More grapes, and a handfull of Trader Joe's yogurt O's. Hmm.
