2 slices french toast made with 12-grain bread with margarine & sugar-free syrup
3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup fat free soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
1 cup cornmeal mush
1 cup fat free soy milk

Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cantaloupe
1/2 can New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups fat free soy milk
2 chocolate flavored graham crackers
