weigh in day
Good Saturday morning fellow losers! just wanted to report that today is the last day of the month and my weigh in day, I am down 10.8 lb's for the month of feb!
which brings my grand total to 29 lb's lost!! I am happy about that! I am UNDER 300 lbs now
, been two years since I've been there! I am at 293.2, My youngest daughters 2nd birthday party is next saturday
, so I went out and looked for something cute to wear, I have been in a 26/28 pants for a while and they are getting pretty loose so I tried on a pair of jean capri's size 23/24 and low and behold they fit, and they fit comfortably not tight at ALL! so I bought them! then I tried on a top that was a 14/16 (is was stretchy ) and it fit! (I have been in a 3x top or 22/24) and it is not all sausage caseing either!
so now I have a cute outfit to wear for my daughters b-day and I feel good about it! just wanted to share with you all! Have a great weekend!

I was doing really good at first with the weighing in on the last day but I have weighed a couple of times this month, mostly because I have changed my plan up, but I am going to start weighing once a week or once every other week, and only recording it the last day of each month! But I do think it helps to stay of the scale, I need to set boundaries their cause If I dont I will obsess and weigh myself like twice a day!
