Drinking enough water

Why was it easier to get all of my water in when I was on the shakes than it is now.  I used to drink 3 to 4 litres when I was doing the 4 or 3 shakes a day.  Now I'm working hard to get 2 in.  I haven't gone back to drinking a lot of coffee, just one first thing in the morning.

I found that adding Mio really helps me get my water in. I like that you can control how sweet you want it (or don't want it) and it mixes so much better than Crystal Light.

I have found it difficult to keep my water intake up once we were off shakes as well.

I hope my suggestion helps. (Actually I can't take all the credit...it was a discussion with our group in between weigh-in/doctor and class a couple of weeks ago.

Hi all I was just wondering what amount of water has been recommended. I do try to drink water, over other drinks. Sometimes I just add a wedge of lemon or lime and drink it with ice. Chat soon Deb
