Hello All ~hugs~ What I had yesterday: B- 8 oz carb control choc milk, after Dr appt I had an Atkins Protein Bar 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate. S- spring cheese, 2 pretzel rods 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate L- 4 fresh cheese stuffed ravioli with 1 tbs pesto sauce S- 1 pk PB cheese crackers, 1/2 cup cantelope (sp?) 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate D- 1 cup Homemade Turkey Chili, with 2 slices Italian Bread, Pat butter 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- 1/2 cup watermelon *Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 33 oz water, 20 oz Diet Coke, 20 oz crystal light *Excercise: Nothing yet Ok now today I am back up 1.5 lbs.. Hi everyone! Well i didnt have such a great eating day. Made some bad choices i think. Oh well today is another day. 6am coffee with protein B scrambled egg with cheese 3 strawberries and half banana L half of a mcdonalds cheeseburger with very little of the bread about 10 fries and 2 mozerella sticks not very good S a whole crossant with a little butter, i only wanted a taste but that is dangerous bec then i didnt want to stop and ate the whole thing D baked chicken wings with lo carb teriakyi sauce and a corn on the cob S some strawberries and half of a protein bar SOme water but as usal not enough. LisaMarie, well we all have days like that... I think i am getting back on track here but still have so many bad eating days but at least I am working on it. I hope you get back on track hun and try to work on getting more water in... Debra P

Good Morning All, I am also fighting the scale this week. Over the weekend I was 186 then a couple days later I was 189. Today I am 188. So I don't know whats going on. I am proud of myself though on monday I walked with another WLS friend who lives real close and I made it 3 miles. I am a little sore where my legs connect to my body but thats ok. We are going to try to meet often and go walking. I am trying to cut most of my carbs, I feel like any I am eating are bloating my belly up, its so different compared to how the rest of my body is doing. Some days I feel great and thin, then I look in the mirror and see my gut. It makes me so mad. I almost feel like its getting bigger sometimes while the scale for the most part is going down and my clothes sizes are going down. I don't know, just had to vent a little. My daughter took off for Chicago this am for her senior trip. She is so excited. I must have been for her as well cause I did not sleep until after we took her to the school to catch the bus at 4:15 am, came home then I finally got to sleep. At least I got to sleep in til about 8:30 I don't have to wor****il 2 today. What I ate yesterday, B- protein shake w/strawberries in it L- leftover popcorn chick salad, didn't settle well, didnt get sick but just didnt feel good so I wont eat that again unless its fresh S- 1/2 protein bar D- 1 cup homemade chick noodle soup ( ok i had some noodles there but not too many) S- sunflower seeds had lots of coffee and 2 propels, my vitamins, biotin, 1 viactive have a great day, Shannon Arnold 257/188/130???

Sannon, Yeah this journey can sure be a mind trip huh?.. I know it is al for the good but just to let you know we ALL have those days! I know there are times since i lost the weight that my tummy looks SOOO big but then I have to remember that the rest of my body is smaller and that is where I am carring the skin, ya know? I know weighing myself every day is not the best because we do change so much, we are women Hun you come here and vent when ever you need to, we ALL do. Debra P

Good Morning Debra , Here's my menu for yesterday; pre breakfast : 16 oz decaf coffee B- 2 T. scrambled eggs w/ a pinch of l/f chedder cheese 2 T. oatmeal sweetened w/ a pinch of splenda 2 T. banana 500 mg. of calcium, b-12 sublingual, multi v. chewable , boitin pre lunch : 4 oz. carb countdown choc. milk, 1/2 scoop whey protein powder, 12 oz water L- 2 T. grilled chicken 2 T. cauliflower 2 T. Wendy's chili pre dinner : 14 oz. water, 4 oz. carb countdown choc. milk, 1/2 scoop whey protein powder D - 2 T. pork tenderloin 2 T. carrot's 2 T. cottage cheese 500 mg's Calcium, b-12 sublingual, multi vit. S- 4 oz. skim milk 1/2 scoop whey protein powder That is it for me ! I am doing really well so far and everything is going down just fine ! Lovin Life !
