TGIF All ~hugs~ Well the weekend is here again...YEAH We will try to work on some landscaping but they are calling for rain ALL weekend long.....we will try to fit it in when the rain lets up some... I want my driveway in..... well we also have plenty of work indoors as well... What I had yesterday: B- 4 oz carb control Choc milk, Ka****LC protein bar 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate. S- String Cheese, 1 pk Smartfood popcorn 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate L- 3 oz grilled chicken thigh, cauliflower with pat of butter S- some mixed nuts, 1 sm peach 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate D- anti pasta salad 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- 12 grapes *Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 45 oz water, 20 oz Diet Coke *Excercise: Nothing yet Take care and you all have a great weekend ~hugs~ Debra P 285/164/125??

Morning Deb I heard rain this weekand to oh well i guess the lawn needs it . I love these posts...gives me good ideas... I must confess - I made some bad food choices yesterday. But it was my BIRTHDAY so.... B - one egg/cheddar on one slice whole wheat toast L - cobb salad with vinegarette S - inside of a mini cannoli S - 2 choc truffles D - baked chicken, mashed potatoes S - sliver of birthday cake, inside of mini cannoli Today is a new day so back on track!!! Good Morning, It's raining and cold here, looks like its set in for the day. What I ate: B- 1/2 banana, couple bites of cheddar L- the insides of a broccoli and cheese calzone and a couple bites of the crust S- 1/2 cup of beef stroganoff soup, grapes D-3/4 of a mini wrap w/ slice of ham, cheese, lettuce, olives and mayo S-4 triskit crackers with cheese Gesh looks like I am gonna turn into a wedge of cheese, LOLOL!!! Are any of you addicted to cheese since surgery? I am. I do need to go find the lowfat cheese though, our Walmart doesn't have it. Have a great day! Shannon Arnold 257/185/130???

hey deb! do you drink diet soda out of the bottle or fountain? i have tried the bottle ONCE and it hurt my pouch! but i have had a few sips from a fountain soda threw a straw and i think i could do that. weird... MaryJo, I have both without problems but I drink slow and small sips... Though Tue and Wed I had some bad gas and I guess it was from that but ok now... I have about 12-20 oz (1 can or 1 bottle) a day and try to make it like Sprite Zero...no Caffeine!! Debra P

Hi There Debra , I know , I really wish this rain would go away as i really want to get outside and do some gardening ! Good luck getting your driveway in this weekend ! Oh, and thank's for the compliment on my pic ! Here is my menu for yesterday, Pre Breakfast , 16 oz. Decaf Coffee, 4 oz. Carb Countdown Choc. Milk w/ 1/2 scoop Whey protein powder B- 2 T. oatmeal 2 T. Turkey bacon 2 T. applesauce Pre Lunch , 16 oz. water, 8 oz. green tea L- 2 T. tuna Salad ( made w/ Miricle Whip light) 2 T. squash 2 T. banana w/ 1/2 scoop Whey Protein powder Pre Dinner, 16 oz. Water, 8 oz. Carb Countdown Choc. Milk w / 1/2 scoop Whey Protein powder D- 2 T. ground beef (96 %) 2 T. green bean's 2 T. squash Got in 68 oz. of fluid's and took all my supplement's ! Also walked a mile . Could you tell me if you see anything wrong with what I am eating or if maybe I could be eating something more or less ? I have hit a platue at just 3 week's post op ! I have not lost any weight for 6 day's now ! I will be officially 1 month out tomarrow ! I have lost 22 lbs. since surgery ! At least that is what I figured anyway's ! I know that it is good , but a platue this soon is just killing me ! Hope everyone has a great weekend ! and Carolee 328/249/155?
