TGIF...YEAH and just before a holiday weekend.....love the fact that hubby and I get an extra day to work around the house.
Went to the new phyc and she is awesome!!! I know with both of us working together this will be ok.
she "gets" it!
What I had yesterday:
B- Atkins Protien Bar
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate.
S- String cheese, 1 pk Smartfood Popcorn
2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
L- 3 oz grilled chicken and zuccini (sp?)
S- 12 grapes, 4 oz carb control yogurt
2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
D- 2 oz angel hair pasta with mushrooms and garlic, tbs butter
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- 1/2 grapefruit
*Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 33 oz water, 15 crystal light
*Excercise: n/a

I am glad your appointment went well! Nice to have the extra day, huh?
Hubby got hit for mandatory overtime, which is good in the long run, overtime's been dry lately, the money will be nice. But it's bad short term because I'm stuck here with no car and 2 boys in nowhere land. I may try to go for a walk if it doesn't rain. Cars go kind of fast around here, so I'm debating just because of the kids.
B-I had my yucky shake drink(I was wrong yesterday it's 42g protein altogether, I mix the Carnation instant breakfast in with it) I had the latte too and that and the shake total 48g..
L-1/2 cup light and fit Yogurt
D-3/4 cup Trader Joe's Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper soup and 2 slices of Turkey bacon
S-a little unsweetened applesauce, maybe about 1/4 cup
Lots of fluids! Got the Citracal Chocolate Mint last night...YUM

Yes it feels nice to get that extra day so we can get this driveway at least done with the landscape ties and then next weekend we are heading to Long Island so I am not sure when will get the gravel in...
Always something.
Be careful with the kids and walking hun, I know where we used to live they drove so fast that it was scary to walk around there..

What I ate yesterday
B-light and fit yogurt couple pieces of cheese
S-1 egg cheese and ham omelette 1/2 slice of toast
L- cottage cheese and grapes
S- grapes
D- cottage cheese and imitation crab meat w/ mayo and old bay seasoning
S- more grapes and couple bites of cheese
coffee, water, my vitamins, calcium, went for a 1 1/2 mile walk in the morning.

L 2/3 c egg salad, 2 wheat crackers, 1/2 c coleslaw
S zone snack bar
D 3 oz ground beef with lite sour cream and broccoli (my version of a stroganoff)
S 6 oz ff yogurt
before bed sf fudgsicle
