Hello All ~hugs~ Hubby and I are going after work to see a new addition to the furbaby family, he is a 5 year old Min Pin. Hoping he will get along ok with Willow and we like him, I guess we will bring him home tonight if all goes well. What I had yesterday: B- 3 oz cottage cheese, 3 fresh strawberries 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate. S- String cheese, 12 grapes 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate L- Homemade chicken soup (3 wings) with veggies S- 4 oz carb control yogurt, 1 pk smartfood popcorn 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate D- 2.5 oz pork chops, green beans with pat of butter 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- 1 sm peach *Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 10 oz water, 60 crystal light *Excercise: n/a Take care all.... ~hugs~ Debra P 285/165/125??

Hi Debra, The reason I have had my mini plateau has showed up this morning. I had a feeling that's what it was. But I can't complain. Before surgery, I used to gain about 5 pounds. The good news is I am not as depressed that I'm in bed, so my meds have kicked in. I've been exercising every day, and hubby asked if we're going to today. I told him nah I need a break-lol. Besides, I have church exercise tonight, so I will still have another day of exercise-lol. Kristine, Oh yeah the good ol' T.O.M...... It seems i am bloating 2 weeks prior now and it leaves on the 1st day it starts so go figure that i only have about 2 weeks that I am losing.. Damn TOM.... Take care Debra P

Hi Debra, I've been eating the same ol' thing every day, but I just saw my nutritionist today and she encouraged me to branch out. I'm going to try some super soft chicken in tomato sauce tonight. I'm ready for something new! I've been on mushies for too long. I had a bunch of labs drawn today too, to see if I'm anemic (having a few symptoms) and check all my levels. I should know by tomorrow. I am plateauing now, but I'm sure it will break, because I'm eating close to nothing!! And exercising every day!! And drinking all my water!! tick tock... Yesterday: B Cream of wheat with skim milk L hummus D cottage cheese with nf sf yogur 64 oz h2o, all my vits, minerals, etc Hugs to you. Congrats on the new addition! How cute!! Amy

I just love minpins!!! What I ate yesterday.. B 2 bites of a cheese omelette, 1 bite rye toast, 1 bite sausage patty L 3/4 oz cheese, zone snack bar S 6 oz ff yogurt D 1 oz steak, 1/2 oz coleslaw, 2 tbs mashed potatoes S Protein ding with 1 c carb control choc milk before bed 1/2 choc graham cracker Hope you have a new family member!!! Howdy all, Very late but here goes. B- light and fit yogurt S- protein bar L- chicken cesaer salad from BK D- 1 square slice of pizza w/sausage and pepperoni, 3 wings (daughter had chorus concert, I ran right from work at 7:15 pm made it there just in time, then after ordered quickie dinner Thats all folks, oh and my vities, been on a 3 week stall again.
