Well after meeting the lil Min Pin last night we know it will not be a fit so we will keep looking for the perfect lil brother/sister for Willow (dog). Not really upset about it but kind of disappointed...
But I also know this was not meant to be then....there will be another lil doggie that needs US...
What I had yesterday:
B- 8 oz carb control choc milk, Atkins protein bar (really bad, about 1 hr later while at work I had a FULL buttered roll, OMG i eat the whole thing and did not really feel all that full
)
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate.
S- String cheese, 1 sm peach
2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
L- 2.5 oz pork chop, green beans with pat of butter
S- 4 oz carb control yogurt, 1 pk smartfood popcorn
2 chewable Twinlab Calcium Citrate
D- 1/2 ham and swiss on white with lil mayo (got on the run
)

S- Nacho Chips, 12 grapes
*Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 50 oz water, 40 Diet Coke
*Excercise: n/a
Overall really BAD carb day!!!
but go figure, I lost 1 lbs..

Good Morning Deb,
I have those days alot. Sorry your trial with the pup didn't go so well. Like you said you will know the right choice when it happens.
I am having a problem with fluctuating back and forth between the same 2 lbs. for over a week now. Been stuck on 185 for 2 weeks prior. Now bounce between 183.5 and 185.5 back and forth. Maybe its getting ready to start going down again. I haven't been getting my walks in lately. So maybe that is the problem. Only here and there.
Hope you have a great day today. Oh have you heard anything on how Tavia is doing?
Here goes what I ate yesterday:
B-light and fit yogurt, couple of pb cheese crackers
S-more pb cheese crackers
L-about 3/4 cup chicken salad
D-1/2 pork chop cooked on the grill, small salad w/garbanzo beans and 50% fat free cheese.
S- 50% fat free cheese

Awww Debra,
Sorry the doggie didn't work out. I wish we had done that with ours, tried her out...I probably sound mean but I don't like ours very much. She is a very sweet dog, hardly barks, very friendly especially with kids but dumber than a doornail-lol. But I got her housetrained and she likes it when I let her out because she is always trying to earn my respect. I give her treats when she goes out and does her thing Poor thing. She is our rebound doggie, the one we had before her died of lymphoma, and I miss her.
I ate a little more yesterday..Isopure, 1 Aldi's Fit and Active Yogurt, 1/2 box raisins, and Hummus
Hummus is almost gone so I will be switching to the Tilapia again. My menu is so boring

Sorry to here the lil Min Pin didn't work out,when the right one come along you'll know.Haven't been on the site alot hows the house coming along last I heard you were getting the floor done.
Well as for me I'm home from the hospital everything went well.I'm grounded I can't lift anything not even my pocketbook.My hernia was bad.He tighting the abdomen but I still have the loose skin.He still want me to loose more want before my tummytuck oh well.
What I eat even though I was still in the hospital yesterday
B-2popicle Still trying to tell the NA I'm on a clear liquid diet
L-Finally clear liquid but know I'm on a regular diet
1/2 cup chicken broth and sugar free apple
So funny they brought me a regular diet an 1/2hr later(consist of fried chicken mashed potatoe and stringbean oh oh 2sliced of bread) had to laught at the NA and tell her I'm not going to eat that.Ate small piece of chicken
D-(good to be home)Baked chicken leg and spinach
S-peach

South Beach Lunch kit Wrap
sliced orange pepper dipped in 1TBS of lite done right dressing
Snack:
1/4 cup ricotta with some splenda and cinnimon
Dinner:
3oz sea scallops cooked with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
Snack:
1/2c sugar free bunny tracks ice cream
Did weightlifting and about 20 min cardio at the gym.
oh wait, i had 1/2 c of imitation crab at like 10pm
I am now writing down EVERYTHING I put in my mouth. I have been able to keep calories at between 900 and 1000 which with the exercise is where I should be. I hope I start loosing again soon!!

Hi Debra,
Finding a new pet (especially when you already have one) is a difficult task. I agree that when the right one comes along, you'll know it. It's almost like it finds you. A few years back, we decided to get a 3rd kitty (much to my husband's dismay!). We already have two males and picked out a female fuzzball who we named Zoe. We all fell in love with her. We brought her home, and I was petting her and realized, rather abruptly, that she was not a she! Zoe became Ziggy! I guess a girl cat in this house was not meant to be. Ziggy is beloved and filled with humerous moments. He's an important part of the family dynamic.
Yesterday:
B: 1c skim milk with carnation sf instant breakfast
L: 1c blended Progresso Lentil soup
S: 1 c. sf nf yogurt
D: 1/2 c hummus with 5 stoned wheat thins
56 oz water mixed with 8 oz juice
vitamins, calcium, b12
One roll with butter does not a binge make. Just get back to basics today. You're doing great. Feel good about it and continue to move forward. Congrats on the 1lb wt loss!
