Three Year Anniversary!
I will be celebrating my 3rd anniversary in 12 days and I have to say I am still so very happy that I had the surgery! I haven't been to this site in a very long time but I was clearing out my favorite places today on aol and came across the link and decided to check it out.
This site was such a help to me before my surgery and in the year following it. I hope it is as big of a help to all those people using it now! I was lucky because I never had complications and I haven't to this day....I just had to stop by and say I love my life! JMB1955 congrats
on your pending 3 yr rebirth. It would be
great if you could hang around and pay it forward! Jamie

Congratulations!
You're obviously making very good use of your tool; you look amazing and it's good to hear that you feel great too.
We hear so much about weight gain after the "honeymoon period," so it makes me very happy to read your post.
What's your eating like now? It's hard to imagine not being in a losing mode!
Take care,
Thqnk you! I eat anything and everything I want to now but in moderation. I have found that if I do eat too much I will still get sick.
I try to eat small portions and when I start to feel full then I stop eating. My co-workers laugh because they can tell when I am full..I cover my plate with my napkin cause I feel bad about wasting the food I took!
