201 pounds lost since surgery!! And I'm 2 1/2 inches taller too!!

And YES I still eat Carbs and Fats but I know what portion control is!!

Hey, I have not been online MUCH other than a few minutes here/there... in a week or more. I am working on finding some balance in my life with work, personal life, exercise and food. i find that the more I am online the less active I am.
