Haven't been here in a while...one year out
Hello all. I see a few familiar faces from last year. It was one year on Jan. 2 and I feel amazing. I posted some new posts and new pics if you'd like to take a look. I miss talking to the wonderful people on here. How is everyone doing? Also...where does one get a century card? Can I just put my photo on it? lol not sure! Hope everyone is doing wonderful!
Hi Lili! I really want to congratulate you on a job well done!
I know that Dr. Cussatti must be very proud of you!
My support group leaders on Lipo made a Century Card for me. I don't know how they did it though. Maybe you could pm Lisa L and ask her how she did it. Check out how it looks on my profile or my pictures.
Drop in more often. You've been missed!

1st of all let me say you look AMAZING! You must be very proud of yourself. You have done a wonderful job. You have utilized the tool you were given. I am hoping to ave similar results with my tool. I started at 276 and as of this morning I am down to 206. I lost 45 pounds pre surgery. It's amazing how much better I feel already. I plan on sticking to my goal plans! I loved reading your update, thanks for sharing!
