Good Morning all,
Well before I tell what I ate yesterday I would just like to ask for prayers for my daughter. She is 18 and has to have surgery on her back Monday. She has a severe herniated disk and has to have some bone removed to relieve the pressure on her nerves, luckily the spinal cord ends just above this disk so there is no risk of paralyzation, thank God. But the protrusion is completely pressed against her nerves. Thanks in advance to everyone.
Ok what I ate:
B- carb control yogurt smoothie
S- slice of 12 grain wheat toast w/ cottage cheese on it
L- skipped, we were at hospital
D- cup of turkey rice soup and the insides of half a turkey sandwich
S- 1/2 cup of sf jello w/mandarin oranges
S- piece of leftover chicken w/ sauteed mushrooms and onions
did not get enough water in, was traveling part of the day and waiting in the hospital for appt. But I did drop another 2 pounds. So all is good.
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

*traveled from Albany to New Hyde Park so I was on the train from 8:10 to 10:40 and again from 11:42 to 12:30, then a taxi, then sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, then two appointments back to back, then back in the taxi for a wild ride to the train, on the train to Penn, then stand in line to change to an earlier train to Albany, then on the train to Albany...Phew!!! lots of sitting. One of those hurry up and wait days.
