Welcome home loser. So glad to hear that everything went well. When I first came home from the hospital, my mother made a fresh pot of chicken soup. She put the chicken and some of the veggies in the blender and pulvorized it until it was pure much and then put it back into the chicken broth. I can honestly say that it was delicious and was great on liquid phase. Just an idea you might want to try.
Now get some rest and sip your water.

Welcome Home Carolee,
Glad you are doing well! Now you are on the losing side, Yipeeeee. I so remember how hard it was to get in the fluids. I still have a hard time occasionally. You have an incredible journey ahead of you, this board helped me in so many ways, I am sure you will use all the information that you have gathered as well. I wish you the best, and a speedy recovery.

Welcome Home!!! It was so very nice to have met you and your family.
After speaking with you I know that you will be very successful in this WL journey. If ever you need anything, please let me know,, even if it's a ride to the doctors for followup. ( I love to drive) and after a couple of time, I don't get too lost

Hi Carol!
I am so happy to see you are home and doing fairly well!! I wish you nothing but the best.
We all know how hard it is in the beginning but I am sure you will get there.
Try not to stress so much about how much protein you are getting in right now, just work on the fluids, ok? Keep up the good work and please keep us updated on you. Love ya!
xoxo
