Goodmorning! Thursday What did you eat?

B scrambled egg with cheese and half banana and strawberries
s coffee with protein
L protein bar
S chineese hard noodles
D mexican chilli taco and half quisadilla{threw up most of it again}
S strawberries with sugar free cool whip

hello hun... ~hugs~ I am feeling better every day but still on the percocet (sp?) and feeling so out of it..
I will post what I eat yesterday but it was not as normal that is for sure....
What I had yesterday:
8 oz carb control choc milk
3 pretzel rods
1 pk PB cheese crackers
grilled cheese (picked cheese from bread)
1 Atkins Protein Bars
1 pk Smartfood Popcorn
s/f ice pop
shrimp chow mein without starch added
ok as you can see i did not get all my protein in but making sure i am drinking and taking all my sups.....

Okay I don't really want to "Fess UP" to what I ate yesterday, but I set this goal for myself that I would be honest and dedicated to journaling what I am taking in on this board so here goes:
B- 3/4 sausage bisquit from McD's ( threw one 1/2 of the busquit away and ate 3/4 of the meat and the other half of the bisquit.
Lunch - cheese and crackers, chips and Salsa
Dinner - bbq spare ribs/ one salt pot.
I did drink all of my water and take supplements and I DID NOT eat the Candy bar and big juicy burger and fries that I would have loved to have eaten! I have definitely been able to recognize that I am an emotional eater and the fact that I don't make good choices for food only leads to more feelings of down in the dumps.
I haven't been able to fit in exercise as work full time as a teacher and have four children of my own involved in a million different things ! I call the evening my "second tour of duty"
The scales are not moving and it is getting very depressing, I know we are not supposed to compare ourselves to others but the weight does not seem to be coming off very quickly at all. I know what I have to do by increasing protein, water and exercise but need to get out of my emotional slump before I can "get the move on"!
I am at 68 pound lost since Dec. 5th and have set a personal goal to be at the big 100 by the time school ends for the year which is the third week in June so I really need to get my but moving.
Everyone is so supportive on these boards and I read them daily so if anyone has any advice I would love to hear it! Thanks and have a great day!!!

I have been missing in action here for a little while. Sorry about that. Hope all are doing well. Debbie hope you are doing much better now also.
Ok I need to get myself back on track, I have been eating too many cracker type things and need to start eating right again.
Ok here goes for yesterday,
B- 1/2 banana yogurt smoothie
L- 1/2 cup wedding soup couple bites of tuna salad few grapes
S- few more grapes
D- slice of pepperoni sausage pizza, had girls over to get nails done for prom wasn't going to cook
S- popcorn
lots of coffee, one propel I think, got my vitamins in didn't get my calcium in

L 3 wheat crackers, 1/4 c chicken salad, 1/4 c pecans & pistachios
S zone snack bar
D 1 lean cuisine canneloni with 1/4 c brocolli
S zone snack bar
before bed 1 c carb control choc milk
1 hour walk in the local mall with some shopping inbetween (had to get some size 10's!!!
