I have met and talked with Chef Dave Fouts - he is AWESOME! The cooking book is GREAT!
Just follow the surgery center's guidelines, eating plan, etc....you'll do fine

We have all gone through this....
Just follow your doc's program and you'll be fine.
If something doesn't feel right, call the office IMMEDITAELY, don't wait.
If you want another source, I recommend "Weight-loss Surgery for Dummies" book.

Topic: surgery on thursday, so damm nervous
i am so nervous right now. i feel like i have forgotten everything i learned. i am so nervous that i wont eat enough food or eat to much, eat the wrong food, not get enough protein, not lose weight, gain weight.....so much going through my mind, i feel like even though i am reading everything i was given and a few books that its going in and out. its like cramming for a test that you need to pass and its just not working.
i just dont want to go through all of this and not succeed or see the results

Topic: Support Group Meeting Cancellation
I am so sorry that I am going to have to cancel the Binghamton Area Support Group meeting scheduled for December 8 at 5:30 p.m. at the Vestal Public Library. I am running a temp of 103 and am coughing and wheezing like crazy. With my asthma I am expecting to get a diagnosis of bronchitis at the walk-in. I usually get in every winter but generally closer to spring. I regret having to cancel, but my husband is flying out of town on business tonight and I will be alone with the kids for the rest of the week. If I was healthy it would be one thing, but being sick is going to make it that much harder. I hope to see everyone in January. Have a happy and healthy holiday season.
