november challenge, day 2!
Woohooo no longer in the obese section woot woot. You are so rocking this WLS.
I am going to do the same walk I did yesterday. I have revised my goals and am going to do the whole street for a few days until I am sure I am good with it {With my Broken ankles I get severe pain from walking far but I am not listening to them moan, I can do this and WILL} then I am going to do the street and onto next block and back, by end of month goal is to do whole block {actually it's like 3 or 4 blocks but it's one giant block of the town}.

PS again thanks for doing this, making me accountable to someone helps me to force myself to walk when I don't want to or am in pain and make excuses, now I can't woohooo.

Okay, today was definitely harder to move my butt, but I did it. I did 50 minutes on the wii fit today...35 minutes on step and the other 15 on various strength and yoga. I was going to post and then do it, but I thought, no if I do that I just might go and have the nap that I wanted...lol. I don't feel as tired now so I won't have the nap after all :) Thanks again for thinking of this Jude, and woo hoo on being overweight girl!!

Holy Crap! Girl - that was worthy of far more than a p.s. comment at the bottom of the post! Text worthy at least (more than rye crackers!!) WOOHOO!!
I also did Mall Walking (and Visa swiping) as my exercise of choice yesterday. Good for the legs and bicep. Not biceps - just singular. LOL

I started off cleaning my house - the plan was to turn the place upside down and do a thorough cleaning...but I get bored easily - so that plan didn't quite work out :)
Instead I took my babies to the indoor playground and for the first time EVER, I actually got on the equipment! I was chasing them around for over an hour....crawling through tiny tunnels, going down slides, etc. I had SO much fun!!!!
Then my husband and I enjoyed a 15 minute game of 1 on 1 basketball.
