november challenge, day 2!
I did my mile again which I have to say, I am quite proud of myself for, considering I got the H1N1 immunization needle today and I am in pain big time {the arm hurts for a day or two big time and so does my head lol but then again my head hurts most of the time lmao}. But "normally" I'd have used that as an excuse.
Today I didn't. I took some tylenol and waited an hour and then did my walk at 9pm after I posted on here.
Today was alot harder though. But I did it. My right leg where it meets the hip grinds like there is nothing there anymore between the hip and the leg bone. But I survived lmao. {swore a bit but survived}
Once again TYVM for doing this I love that I have to answer to someone in public so EVERYONE would see if I didn't keep up. TY
