Biggest Problem with eating is Bread??? ANYONE ELSE??
oh how i miss bread... i experiment and try every so often.. but badness happens.
I can eat: bread sticks, small piece of rye bread, non salted soda cracker, veg breton crackers
BADNESS: pizza dough, white or brown bread, bagels, garlic bread , etc
i've come to realize the ouchie pouchie and vomitting are \not worth it. but happy i can have the few bread items that i listed.... mmmmm bread stick with peanut butter, and veg crackers with soup!!!
bad news: alot of ppl cant eat bread and you MIGHT not be able to eat it again.. but thats a good thing.. unwanted carbs and fats!!!!!

I had bread once. I came back from Toronto and picked up a chili and a bun. That tiny piece of bun was stuck for 3 hours... oy... Haven't done bread since, and don't really need it. I'd rather fill the pouch with protein.

Hi, I guess like every one here, we all pretty well have issues eating breads, regardless of its density , colour, ingredients or what not.
Myself, I find that I also have issues with bread but maybe not so much as any one else here. I see a lot of people here are toasting their breads and maybe eating non white breads (which is better for you anyways) and sticking with the darker breads or more dense breads.
Myself, I cant eat much of it but I can eat it. I tried for the first time a small sub 6" on whole wheat but I asked them to peel out the inner dough section so its less to eat, which they did and didnt put up a fuss so I am guessing it might be common for them to do.
I do know that if I toast my breads, its more simple to eat, but again on the other hand, if I soak it in liquid (soup broth) its very simple for me to eat as well.
My nutritionist suggested to me to start eating more carbs as it just didnt exist in my diet and she recomended I get some into me so I am trying and actually doing better.
At the same time as you, 10 weeks out, forget it, I tried it and it was not a pretty sight as I had serious complications but it took a lot for me to try again as the fear of god set into me thinking it would be so difficult to do but my nut was right, she said to give it a try again and to go slow and read my body. I did and all was well.
So you need to find what is best for you. I really want to stick away from breads but my nut told me that breads are my brain foods and you need so much in your diet to keep you smart! With that being said, I try to eat as much as I can tollerate with out hurting myself and going over board.
lol

Hi Skinny! I don't seem to have many problems eating bread but I had a craving for a crumb topped donut yesterday and figured enough people around here right now to help eat the box after my 1. Well I had my 1.. suffered the rest of the day between it being stuck and causing a stiff wind that Chicago would be proud of... ahem.. Man even the dogs wouldn't sit by me. LMAO TMI I know.. *trying to look ashamed* btw.. the donut was a bit of heaven before the tailwind**** Ah well we live and learn.
