Biggest Problem with eating is Bread??? ANYONE ELSE??

i havent tried bread and i am six months out tomorrow.. the thought of it makes me want to vom

just not interested.. but i do adore melba toast and anything that i can spread or melt on melba toast :)

 Hi i am 1 year out of my  surgery and i  can not eat bread.the only way i can eat it is if i burn the toast.i think allot if cant eat bread. good luck with your weight loss journey.

I can physically eat bread......but I can't eat it because the smell of dough or flour makes me want to vomit before I get it to my lips....I am glad I do this cause bread is badddddddd.............I can live without bread.

i can eat bread, but it makes me uncomfortably full really fast.  when i was in san francisco, i couldn't resist and had some sour dough bread from boudin bakery.  it was heavenly, but the resulting sour dough burps for like 3 hours afterwards got kinda gross ;)

Dave can have toast...he reminds to make sure its really toasted...He misses his bread...he can eat whole wheat wraps.

I really enjoy toasted bread with melted cheese...good way for me to get protein too.  There are many decent lower carb breads out there. 
If you're going to try toasted bread give the following a try:  Betty Lite, Weigh****chers OR another thing that went down well were the Weigh****chers WW English muffins (toasted of course).

Where did you get the WW WW english muffins??  I had a regular one this week and it tasted wonderful, but the guilt I had from eating all the carbs...oy!

I have purchased them at Price Chopper, Food Basics and the Super Store!  My fav breakfast is an egg mcmuffin a la Kim (my little one loves them too)!!!!!!!
