the Final leg of my Journey

For breakfast this morning I had my 1st Optifast with crystal light as some of my OH friends have suggested.  Its not nearly as bad as everyone was making out it to be.  As the song goes...I will survive...lol

The count down is now on....14 days to surgery

And it only gets easier and better day by day.  I'm on day 10 and another 11 days to go.  I've lost 16 pounds and feel fine.  The mood swings are the worst part but you get through them.
