i found this stuff at Highland Farms, the one at Hwy 400 and Major Mackenzie (across from Vaughan Mall). It has 0 calories. It's nothing.

hmmmm...comes in raspberry, strawberry, blueberry. I thought it would be good to put on oatmeal or cream of wheat to flavour it instead of sweetener.

Have you tried it yet?  I've heard yucky things tastewise about several of the Walden products.

hehehe
I hear ya on that one.  Since WLS, I've become MUCH more discerning.
I've bought the no sugar added E.D. Smith strawberry jam before and enjoyed it very much.  Not sure of the sugar count at the moment though, sorry.

I refuse to eat anything that isn't writing-home-about-worthy. LOL

I've tried several of the Walden Farms products when I was doing Dr Poon's diet as he sold most of them in the little grocery store that is part of his office. Everything I tried was disgusting. Won't even consider it now when I see them on a shelf somewhere.

don't be silly, Sirene, no raspberries were harmed during the making of that jam.
