Hi Island

Being accountable is a good habit to get into

You dont have much weight to lose so what I say may not be accurate....but if it were me I would avoid things like rye bread ( which is really just white bread with little nutritional value)

Eating bread prevents you from eating better foods right now as your pouch will be small - so for lunch I would have the cheese and maybe some ham and roll it up and eat like a sandwich

The rest looks good to me

That is the first bread in 2 months    2 slices have only 140 cal.   no butter and lite cheese. toasted. oh it was soooooo good.   my cal for today 860. The nut said I needed some carbs.  The slices are very thin and small.      Doris QC. thanks

As I said, you dont have much weight to lose so I suspect things are different

I didnt eat any bread for over 9 months and then sparingly....didnt eat crackers either so I could maximize my loss....you can get all the carbs you require from veggies , fruit and skim milk...

But - I had alot to lose

Thats right the less you have to lose the harder it gets. I am just anxious to lose. Also  my age makes a difference. I  just have to learn to be patient.  and stay off the scales. They drive me nuts. I am tracking my food on spark people .com and it is great. thanks. appreciate your  input. How long did it take you to lose.   Doris QC,
