Cooked broccoli ???

I just started opitfast today. We are allowed green veggies(HRRH). I was wodering if I can cook the broccoli ???
Anyone know if that's ok??

It shouldn't matter if they're cooked or raw.

And if you're allowed broth, I'd make a soup outta those veggies. :)

I found early out for me cooked veggies were a little easier to manage!  Either way just remember that you have to chew chew chew!  Raw must be careful not to swallow in too big of a hard chuck and cooked must be careful to not swallow a mushed together mound!  It all should be chewed well and swallowed in small bite sized portions!

P.S.  I  LOVED cooked broccoli and cauliflower early out!  It went down really well for me!

Cooked broccoli with lemon juice was my suppers for 3 weeks while I was on optifast.  Haven't touched a piece of it since then...lol
