My last meal - Optifast tomorrow!!!

 Hi!  I just thought I would send a quick post out!  I am starting Opti in the morning!  I just had chinese food for supper tonight.  The last meal!  Ahhh, it was sooo good!  I am a little nervous about it!  I don't like coffee, so that isn't an option.  I have a lot of Crystal Light so I hope that helps.  How much do I put in the shake?  I also have to open my Magic Bullet box and see how that works.  Any hints would be greatly appreciated!  And bravo to all those before me...I may not write much, but I read as much as I can!!!

Good luck!  I think I'm more nervous about the Optifast phase than the actual surgery!  Let me know how the bullet works.  I was thinking about buying one even though I have a blender.  I thought it would be good to take to work.

Emmie, I bring mine to work - well I have one that i keep there. It works great,a nd now other people have brought in theirs!

Myself  i used extracts in my optifast , there are so many  flavors , i went to the bulk barn , they had a good selection , Good luck on your journey !!

ICE! lots of ice is good. I put a whole packet of orange tangerine crystal lite in my vanilla optifast, or I also really liked 2tsp od cocoa powder in the vanilla, it made it taste like the chocolate optifast

Funny I start opti fast on Wednesday and ask my hubby to get out our new magic bullet so we can play around with it! I also have my blender on stand by just in case.
