Good morning everyone

Hope Judy did great yesterday!! Has anyone heard anything yet?? I hope she has a speedy recovery :)

Early day for me today! I have an appt to see a PS about my icky hang-y skin. He works at the hospital that I do and comes HIGHLY recommended. So, I'm going to check him out. I like to have options ;) I saw Dr Nandagopal the other week... I will "weigh" my optins and make a decision later, I have lots of time :)

Not to sure what the rest of my day holds, so since I'm going to be near work, I am going in hopes that I get called in.

I have my foods all planned out for today but not to sure what order I will eat them...

B- 2 scrambled eggs

3/4c greek yoguart
30g cheese, 2 pepperettes, 2oz cucumber
a fibre one bar
100g rotisseri chicken
protein shake (I still like the "boost" I get from them)
and maybe a banana

all water, tea and vitamins in today

Good morning friends.....

(Took me too long and started a new thread....sorry Leanne.......But i'm over here now)

Thanks so much for the well wishes....the surgery went fine...(not WLS for those that don't know)
It started at 8 am right on and I was back up in my room by 9:30...

Discharged at 11:15...
Tender and sore, but Tylenol 3 takes care of that Baaaabbbyyyy! ( and it knocks me flat on my butt!!!!)

Chad (son) was such a sweetie....
Took care of me, and I HATE asking for help....(don't want to put any one out, )
He went home and is on call....

Today will be a rest day......relaxing, resting is what the Dr ordered......
I lost weight yesterday so going to up the food for today...

B cheese peperoni omelet
S kashi cereal
L chili yummy
S Kashi cereal
D cheese, crustless pizza......OoOoO so good
S frozen fruit

So glad to hear you're doing well Judy!  I was looking for an update last night. XO

I *think* I saw the sun this morning!  Yay!

B - coffee with milk x 2, 1/2 pumpernickel bagel with cheese
S - bengal tea made with sf almond milk and a sweetener
L - 1 oz old cheddar, pepper strips, 1 oz keilbassa, 4 melba rounds
S - sf/ff yogurt with blueberries and a sprinkle of Kashi Go Lean
D - butter chicken with tons of veggies
S - likely just tea

B - frittata made with spanish chorizo, peppers, onions and cheese

L - green salad, 3 oz pork tenderloin, cutie orange for dessert

S - latte if hungry

D - a few apple butter ribs, cob of corn, 1/4 cup homemade baked beans

Yup!  I make double batches of anything I love.  At this moment I probably have a dozen 1/2 c containers of it in my freezer at home, and a few more at work.  I also have containers of chili; chicken, black bean and corn; and some awesome steak soup (my niece's recipe).

Morning all

Saw your post last night Judy - you must be so relieved the surgery is done

Yup - lets hope for some sun today....

Pre-workout - protein shake

b - banana

l - chicken salad with walnuts and red grapes

s - yogurt with fruit

s - before a little golf - rest of chicken salad

d - not sure - maybe more chicken salad - made a huge batch and it doesnt last forever

All water and then some - plus decaf coffee and tea
