Good Luck!! Hang in there the first couple of days were a shock to the system for me, it got alot better though when my body got use to the opti.

Youll do fine Tammy. The first week is a bit rough but once your body gets used to it its easy. Ive lost almost 30 lbs on the stuff. Its amazing!

Hi Tammy, use lots of ice, crystal light and a magic bullet. Mine were like a creamy strawberry milkshake.
