What are you eating/ doing today? (Sunday)
Good morning everyone!!
I don't have alot planned today, just relaxing until I have to go to work this afternoon.
B- eggs, sausage, and toast
S- cut up strawberries and banana
L- keilbasa sandwich
S- fibre plus bar
D- cheese and crackers
S- protein shake
all vitamins and water in

I'm glad you got it started Leanne. I tried 3 times and every time I tried to hit submit, I got booted offline. LOL Just about to start laying flooring.

The rain is going to start here shortly by the looks of it. It's so dry out that I hope we get a good downpour to green up the grass.

Raining when I got up at 5 did some baking went back to bed, got up and the sun is shining!!!!
Wish everyday was that easy.....
Doing some more yard work today....son's will be coming over for yard work and "grub"

I am so darned disorganized today, and for no reason! Had fun at a Preakness race party yesterday and I WON! Go horse #5! Okay, so it was only $30, but I still won. lol

L - 1/2 loaded baked potato soup from M&M (my god. this is good. and bad.)
S - veggies & dip
D - BBQ steak, cob of corn, green beans

Hello, late again today, oh well at least I'm here right lol
Yay for normal Leanne and yay for 30 bucks in your pocket Karen.
Today has been a lazy but wierd day and i had no schedule and not proud of this but, i've beengrazing. Tells me how much i need to eat proper and sit and have a proper meal.
Oh well, not beating myself up, just lessons learned along the way.
So foods i've eaten (rather than breakfast lunch and snacks)
turkey pepperettes - 2, hard boiled egg, dill pickle, 2 oz cheese, 1/2 cup yogurt, shrmp dip and 4 soda crackers, protein bar
Holy that looks like a lot of food and I havent even had supper yet. Dont know why im so hungry! Maybe TOM is the culprit.
Supper will be bbq chicken - that I do know.
