OT - surgery went well

A few days ago I had mentioned my step-son was having surgery today on his shunt and I'm happy to say it went well.  He's drinking and eating dry toast tonight and is in good spirits but very tired.  He usually get very sick from the anesthesia but this time he didn't even feel anything like that.

Oh honey, I'm so glad.
Poor little tyke - he doesn't deserve to be suffering.

So glad all went well!!!  It breaks my heart when kids have to go through stuff like that.  Puts my woes in perspective!
