achy all over

not sure if is the weather or what, but the last couples days I have bin so achy, knees and lower back in particular,have taken tylinol but does not seem to work...could bring myself to aqua fit yesterday, usualy feel better after words but not yesterday...just need warm weather I guess. thnx for listining.

I think we all need that warm weather. This is crazy. Apparently we have had 18 days of rain this month LOL

thnx Joyce, I feel somewhat better I dragged myself to aqua fit and got some of the kinks out....still stiff though and I hate this feeling, looking like another storm coming to....sigh....
