HELLO!! I too am having my surgery on July 15th with DR Starr..what a coincidence!!  looking forward to the surgery!

Wow!  That is a coincidence! I guess I'll see you at the hospital.

Actually I'm one of those weird ones who likes the Optifast. I think the chocolate is good one it's one, I just add about 500 mls of cold water in my shaker bottle and I'm good to go. Vanilla is a different situation. I need to mix it with something. I like it with Raspberry Peach Crystal Light or with a bit of vanilla SF syrup and banana extract. How about you? How are you liking it?

well opti fast is not the greatest! lol..chocolate is definitly better, served chilled...but as like you the vanilla,I have a hard time with...never thought of adding banana extract, what a good idea, i will definitly try that, as i have a whole box of vanilla to go threw.
