wondering about protein shakes

that's what i have been doing, i have really gd meat eating days then some days meat does not jive with me .. its weird so i try other foods such as soups with beans for the protein so far the soups are a huge hit with me, i have always been a soup and salad eater.

Try GNC Whey Cool - they have peach mango and lemonade flavours

I mix a scoop with 24 oz water and one crystal light... no milky shakes ... it is very good

i could try that but i'm gonna try not to buy the shakes any more as i am just wasting lots of money on them and that i really cant afford.

 The last time I was at GNC (I was window shopping as I haven't had surgery yet) the lady explained to me that all of their protein shakes are returnable. And I said, so if I have a shake or two out of it and decide I don't like it, I can return it. And she said it wasn't a problem. I thought that was great because I was a little worried about buying this big giant jug and not liking it. Maybe it's something to ask at your GNC.

Hi Joy,

Did you happen to try the Weider's protein from Shopper's drug mart? It's a protein that's like a juice/water instead of a milky shake, it might be better! If you decide to try another, I'd try it, I know several people on here who didn't like the shakes much that liked the Weider's.
