New Member on Optifast

I believe it says right on the box, "Do not heat", actually.

Thanks everyone for your support. When I warmed the optifast it was a trial day. I tried it 2 days before I was to start and yes I quickly realized I couldn't warm it.
Today I started putting coffee in the choc. and that helps alot. I'm also mixing it in 50ml of water. The vanilla I tried crystal light but that was aweful. I will ad vanilla flavor today to see if that helps. I have been in bed all day. Today I have the shakes really bad.
I truly am hoping I'm just going to need a little more time to adjust. I have been having chicken broth everytime I've had my drink so the vomiting is nil today.
I will never give up, never surrender. This is the best decision I've made in my life.

PS> I'm from Peterborough On (staying with Aunt in Orillia On as my husband won't give up smoking inside my home and I'm not risking for anyone)
My surgery date is July 27th.
