New Support Meeting in Hamilton Area!

Hi Everyone!  I just completed the Obesity Help Support Group Leader training today!  I am very excited and looking forward to getting a new meeting started in September.  As I have all the details and logistics worked out I will post them here.  I hope you will come out and join me so we can help support all WLS post ops, pre ops, those thinking of WLS, those not thinking about surgery but want to make a new commitment to healthier living and of course to support each other! I am new at this but hope that together we can build a strong support group.  More details to follow!..............Linda

Where are the meetings going to be held in Hamilton?

Hi Allison,

Meetings were previously held at the Police Station on King Rd.  I am going to approach them and see if we can resume the meetings there.  It is a good size room and available for the community's use.  I will firm that up however and confirm.
