Just wondering if anyone will be in Guelph tomorrow morning.  I have an appointment at 8:15 am. 

I have been stalled since my last appt.  I think I have only lost 1-2 lbs but my clothes are looser so I don't know what the heck is going on.  I think I need to start tracking my food intake again.  Just got comfortable with my steady weight loss and stopped being as conscious. 

I also have recently had less pain in my legs (although not pain free) and have started walking.  Hopefully this will help me.
