Panni OHIP approval question

Does anyone know how long your OHIP panni approval is good for?

It should say on the approval but I assume 6 months.

I really don't know the answer, but I thought someone had said that it basically had no end date

My sister was approved for a breast reduction and it was good for 1 year.  I would just call your PS to find out since he got the approval.  He may be able to get an extension in case you are getting close to the approval deadline.
