I think there is a Metro in Barrie now, where the A & P used to be in Kozlov Mall.

I look for cheese strings that are less than 18%MF - typically the mozzerella or marble strings - I find they don't go soft like a brick of cheese cut up into squares.   I like the Walmart brand of cheese strings - cheaper than most.

turkey bites, the pepperoni have a spice that does not agree with me

I eat both of these in moderation and luckily when I am in the mood for them they are in the stores...

as far as Greek yougurt....Metro also sells a really nice brand, it has 8 containers in the box....I work at the Superstore and it sells out of a lot of things quickly...best thing is to ask a dairy clerk, when the next shipment comes in...sometimes they also have these items in the fridge just haven't re-stocked the shelves...you may be there at 2:00 p.m....and the product is set in teh back for re-stocking for the 4:40 shift.....just ask

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!

Hi there,
I can't speak to the meat and cheese sticks, but as for the OIKOS yougurt, it's pretty good!  (I like it anyways...)  It's very thick. but doesn't have a flavour that's too overpowering.  I especially like the key lime flavour.  It's a matter of personal choice, I guess.

Good luck!
Nancy

The flavoured greek yogurts have a ton of sugar but no fat so be careful in case you dump.

I eat Pillars turkey sticks-3gm fat/6grm protein and Black Diamond marble cheese strings 4gmfat/6gm protein. The Armstrong cheese from Shoppers are great too esp. the veg and herb ones.
