Congrats on your new date. I am having surgery the 11th as well but at TWH. Just finishing day #2 of Opti. Hasnot been too bad. Like coco in chocolate. Just finishing one with a tsp on instant decaf. Pretty good. SF Torani is good as well,.

That is so great!!! You are going to do great! The first shake is always the worst because you will learn what you need to adjust from there. It's all trial and error and you will be fine. :) Promise!
