not a big fan of optifast.....or being sick

I hear you on the opti and being sick.  I had a wicked cold start a few days before opti, and I actually ended up with pneumonia.  Talk about being scared about cancelled surgery.  But everything worked out, so don't worry, especially if you've got some antibiotics.  Lucky for me, I thought the opti was okay, though it did get old after 2 weeks.  Hang in there.
