weight loss on optifast???

It's totally possible, I read a woman that lost over 50lbs on 4 weeks..

WTG....gotta love Optifast.......lol......when I husband saw that I lost 30lbs in a month, he said "why get the surgery?  Stay on Optifast for a year"   lmao

I did 1 month of optifast pre-op. Myself I lost a total of about #20. I had people in my group though that dumped 40 in that time period on it. Great work keep it up! It was tough but so worth it. I think my re-coup. From surgery went smoother because of the weight I lost before.
