Sugar free jam
Jam has fruit in it. Fruit=natural sugars. If you find a sugar free jam it would be nothing but chemicals. You want the no added sugar stuff

You can get sugar free jam at the low-carb grocery. It claims to have no calories in it at all. Now, I haven't tried it myself but I read the label and mused that I would probably rather drag toast across freshly lain asphalt and eat that than go with the mystery no calorie fruit spread.
I personally make my own jam and either use the Pomona's pectin, which doesn't rely on sugar content to set, or go the old school 'cook it unitl it becomes jam' route. Fair warning though... some fruit jams end up rather bland without the extra sugar so you have to adjust with spices and whatnot. Even if you swap out the sugar for an artificial sweetner you still need something in there to give it kick.

Must have been a Walden Farms product you were looking at. All of their products have no calories - so what the HELL is it, plastic?

I swear some of the SF stuff tastes exactly like that..I rarely eat jam.. (maybe once a month if that)..then I have myself a tsp of Smuckers.
When I had my surgery I went out and brought everything SF, jam, barbecue sauce etc..for the most part I have learned to live without these items..and for those that I still use..I use in moderation and only on occasion.
prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!. Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!

I never bothered with sf ketchup, BBQ sauce etc. I figured I ate so little of it, it would be fine. So far, so good. :)
