Sugar free jam

I tried that "no calorie jam". Agree with the "toast across freshly lain asphalt" comment.

I like the double fruit jam. about 20 calories per Tbsp, but i use about a teaspoon or so, when i have toast (with peanut butter.mmmmmm... for a once in a while carby type breakfast)

Thanx everyone for your suggestions, always worth a try.  I love me some PB & J for breakfast, right now it's the only i'm able to tolerate for breaksfast... I find since surgery I'm not exploring alot with diff
food options, I always stick to what doesnt make me nauseous, even sometimes that revolts against me :)
