I think it's UPS that people here have had tremendous charges from when ordering - hopefully that's not who is delivering your products! :)

They ship using UPS - I emailed them awhile ago and they are aware of the expense and are trying to find another way to get things to us. I suggested they just use regular mail but got no committement from them.

Does anyone have a post office box in the states that we can ship them to? Not being near the border I don't have one .

I ordered these when you first posted this and was wondering if you received the samples yet? I haven't and feel like it's taking a long time, but if you haven't either, it's probably just one of those things, caught up with customs and that.
