You're still early on in the process. There's no way you won't lose. It just happens at different rates for different people. You've lost about 20 lbs already, that's awesome. Think of the last time you were able to do that, and how long it lasted.
Take a look a that chart of "Realistic Expectations" someone just posted it again today, the forum post says "for Rosie".
Just keep doing what you're supposed to be doing. Eat what you're supposed to, drink as much water as you can (up to 2 Litres a day), and move as much as you can.
Take note of the other ways you can identify weight loss. Look at your face in the mirror. Do you have before and after pictures? How do your clothes fit.
Don't be discouraged. That doesnt help anything.
Don't pay attention to the scale, you know that sometimes it's not your friend. Like right now.

Take heart, Alla. Our weight fluctuates daily - even several times per day sometimes! Eating as little as you are, there is no way you CAN'T lose weight. Unfortunately, it's not always as quickly as we'd like to see. Keep in mind, you didn't gain this weight overnight, you're not going to lose it overnight either. I always reminded myself that this is a marathon, not a sprint. Hang in there.

Great job to everyone....a bit late but I've been dumping since 8 this morning and now, hopefully, my pouch is taking a break...lol...I think it was the chives in the omelet...or maybe omelet all together, I have only tried twice omelet style...oh well...we all survive it! lmao
