I eat the tropicals - they were a life-saver for me in the first few months after surgery.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

I think you'll probably be ok with them, we are allowed SF popsicles on opti, but best to check with Kelly if you're unsure. It'll put your mind at ease.
